Great customer service always picked up the phone and kept me updated the whole time they had my car

They broke something on my vehicle that was not broken prior with proof and basically said they didn't do it. Well who did it if my car is in your possession with YOUR mechanics. No accountability whatsoever. Then had the audacity to have a nasty and rude tone when telling me of their mistake! Stay away from this place! You've been warned.

Woodie’s of Mint Hill has been consistently great. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to them for routine maintenance and repairs for almost 2 years now. Staff is friendly and honest. They are accommodating to our schedule, and they work with us as best they can. They make suggestions for additional service and issues they encounter when servicing my vehicles, but they are never pushy or persistent. They just leave it to me to decide if I want to pursue any of their recommendations without pressure. They provide reliable work, and their final costs are inline with their initial estimates. I’m taking the time to write this review because they have earned my respect and trust as someone who just wants to take care of the issues that come with maintaining cars without worrying about being taken advantage of.
