Tried to upcharge me. Thought I had a nail in my tire, took it in said it was a valve stem issue. Tried to charge me 240 dollars. I also asked them to put air in my tire (which they do for everyone) but they left mine flat when I picked it up. I had to drive to a gas station and fill up my tire before tightening my own valve. Saved myself 240 dollars and now no air leak. Real shady business.

I was down in Charlotte from Connecticut, and my brakes sounded awful by the end of the trip. Woodie's took in my car, got the job done, and returned the car to me on the same day, meaning I didn't have to extend my stay. Great, fast service at a fair price!

I can’t say enough about Woodie’s! I was returning to Va. when I went to start my car and there was nothing but a horribly loud scraping noise as I pushed the start button. My sister who lives in Charlotte called Woodie’s and they graciously squeezed me in even though they were swamped. They diagnosed the issue and fixed my fuel pump the same day. They called me to update me on the progress several times. The crew were super friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Woodie’s… especially on Carmel Road!!

I’m pretty disappointed in my most recent experience at Woodie’s. They blatantly lied, in an attempt to charge more money, saying my oil had not been changed. When I declined their offer to change it, seeing as I had already paid the dealership 3 weeks prior and needed to go back there, they claimed they changed it for free. Clearly the dealership just forgot to turn the alert off on my car and Woodie’s didn’t want to get caught lying. It’s extremely frustrating when you do what you can to support local businesses and they try to scam you. And for what…$75-$90? I’ll never go back to another Woodie’s.
