This was my first time here. I came in for brakes. I must say, am so impressed with the entire experience!! The moment I arrived I was greeted by Emily, who was incredibly sweet. She was very professional and kept me updated with the progress. I called several places and Woodie’s was the best price!!! I will definitely be back and I will recommend to everyone!!!!!

All I had done was to get a tire stem replaced. I had to leave the car for a bit but they drove me home then came and picked me up again. Who does that these days? Thanks guys

don't let the nice lounge fool you they some scammers. Quoted me $750 for tire rods so I went to a different mechanic a day later and got quoted $280.

I am not sure if management changed or just poor training of new staff but this place has gone downhill. Took my SUV in for service, changed tires, oil change, break fluid replacement. But, for some reason someone decided that the electric outlet cover needed to be removed and not replaced. When called to ask, I was told “this is not something we would do”. This was a $12.99 replacement cost, so it is not about the money, it is about something being taken from my vehicle and the service advisor refusing to even acknowledge or even bothering to ask the mechanic if it had been misplaced. I was told that the manager would call me to have a conversation, which also never happened. I will not come back, not because of the $12.99 cost, but I cannot trust this place anymore!!

Beware of price gouging here. Duane and his guys are crooks.

Beware of price gouge. Duane seems cool but he's a snake. My advice is to pay for the diagnostic check of 89.00 and then take your car to precision tune. I saved half of what he tried to charge me. Smh

When the check engine went on and the car was running rough I took my car into Woodies in Davidson and Brandon was very helpful and professional to get it fixed quickly. The shop is very clean and the shuttle drivers are very considerate.
