I called because I wanted to schedule an oil change along with overall maintenance of my vehicle. I have used this auto shop in the past and while they have always had average customer services this was the 3rd strike. Cole was friendly and even though I was not looking to drop my car of the day of the call, he reassured me that my vehicle could be fit in to the schedule. However, as soon as I dropped off my vehicle another one of Cole's colleagues, while attending another customer, starts to tell me they can't do any more than an oil-change. His entire demeanor was that as if I were bothering him. I try to confirm and continue my conversation with Cole on the wait time on my vehicle, and again this older man with glasses speaks over Cole and continues to say "we can't guarantee anymore than an oil change." Which is fine, but my frustration comes in because. A - I was not interested in having my car looked at that day because I know I need more than just an oil change, so I was upset that I was reassured my vehicle would be looked at and there's two people telling me two different things at the same time. and B - I wouldn't be so annoyed if the co-workers delivery was that of an apologetic and understanding tone as opposed to that of someone who makes me feel unwanted. I think I'll take my car somewhere I don't feel like I'm the bothering the employees.
