I was surprised with a low tire pressure/TPMS light this morning. Took my truck to Woodies in Mint Hill and they took me in without an appointment. Chris Wheeler and the technician were very polite and professional. Very satisfied and they make it easy to recommend them to others.

This is the place to go to in Charlotte. Super clean area with talented folks who treat you fairly. They take me home and pick me up when my car is fixed, they're super easy to deal with and take the stress out of it.
I needed my daughter's Bronco inspected. I made an appointment and dropped it off. They provided complimentary shuttle service to and from my home. They were extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. I have used them several times at their mid town and Davidson locations and have always been more than satisfied. I cannot recommend them enough.

This place is awesome. Honest. Pricing is fair and upfront. They send you a report that contains pictures and a summary of all items that could be considered for repair. If you don't want to inconvenience anyone they have a shuttle service that will take you to and from home/work. No one likes car repairs but if you're looking for an honest shop with great customer service you have found your home.
