My wife noticed she had a tire that was leaking air and needed to be fixed. She was across the street from Woodies. She went in and explained her situation with the front advisor. He stated to her the earliest appointment would be Tuesday….sux days later. Needless to say , this was not acceptable. She found another business that fixed the leaking tire within the hour. Poor customer service! Maybe, could have offered at the least to put air in the tire while she continued on

Went to Woodies on Rose Commons for a pre-purchase inspection for an used car. Perhaps the best $100 I've ever spent. The mechanic was beyond thorough (almost OCD- like). I watched from their very comfortable customer lounge! When he gave us the after- inspection report and said the vehicle looked great, we knew we could move forward with the purchase with confidence. And on top of all this- every interaction with Woodies from the phone call with Corey to set the appt to check out was handled with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness.

I took my girlfriends car here they were a bit pricey so I decided to go elsewhere.They charged me an $171 diagnostic fee.A few days later I called and asked for the diagnostic to be emailed to me turns out they never did a diagnostic just charged me for it.Had I never called and asked to have it emailed i would of just paid them $171 for a service they never did.I call that scamming or robbery these people are thieves.Their prices are ridiculous and on top of that they are charging for jobs they don't do.
