Great shop to take your car. They fixed my a/c, excellent customer service, on time, and very reasonable.. I noticed also they fixed my seat belt, it was loose...I'll definitely go back to them

Got a flat on 77 and came to woodie’s. I couldn’t be happier. Even though they were shutting down Emily spoke with the boss and got me seen. They did a very quick job on properly patching my tire and getting me back on the road! Will definitely be back!

Karl gave the best customer service! He knew his stuff and was very trustworthy. He explained everything in detail of what was needed. I would highly recommend this shop before you use any local dealer especially any located on Statesville Road. Their prices are also lower and very fair.

Staff and mechanics were great. They explained what was wrong and more importantly what did not need to be done. My most recent visit was the 3rd time they’ve done that. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Makes a huge difference to actually be able to trust the mechanics, managers and staff.

I checked in my 2019 F150, as I was waiting for my ride in the customer lounge I heard my truck start. The boy floored my truck, sped through the small parking lot and then peeled out my tires around the corner approaching the garage bay. Obviously upset I approached the service check in, she was very sweet and apologetic. The manager Karl, sat in his office and did not even acknowledge the situation. I demanded my keys back immediately and left. Very sad, myself and all of my coworkers went there however none us will return.
