I was in the area for a separate appointment and figured I would try and contact Woodie's to see if there were any appointments available for an alignment. Although it was busy that day, Marcus told me to bring my car in anyways and was able to get me in as a walk-in, which was greatly appreciated. His friendliness and professionalism definitely made an impact and I am definitely inclined to come back if I am ever back in the area. I did not get the mechanics name, but he dialed the alignment in, you can tell the quality of his work is top notch. Even while waiting, a few other crew members would walk in and have a chat, everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend

Had to be towed off the interstate due to alternator failure. The tow truck company recommended I take it to Woodies and I’m glad I did! They started working on my truck the day it arrived and had me on my way the following day. They do offer a shuttle service in case you need to be dropped off or picked up. The staff is Awesome! Super nice people running this shop.

Had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Tried my regular tire shop where I bought the tires, said they were short staffed and I had to wait 2 days to get in!! Dropped it off at Woodie’s, left it 2-3 hours, and they worked me in even though they were jammed. Fixed it…just like new. Thank you for Good Service!!

Tough to find honest and personal people these days. First time I have ever been to Woodies and felt comfortable right away. Very knowledgeable, and not pushy for additional services like most places. Even drove me home and back so I did not have to wait at the shop.

misdiagnosed the issue and had my car for 10 days. Most of those days it sat there with no one working on it.

We LOVED the service we received from Woodie’s! They were able to address and fix the issue in a timely manner. One of the best perks, they offer a courtesy driver for those within a certain distance of their shop. The only thing I would change is letting people know when their car is going to take longer than expected. We were told our car would be finished on X date and it wasn’t finished until the following day but no one called to tell us so. Apart from that, they found and fixed the issue within 3 days and it was reasonably priced. We will be back in the future!
