It's always a pleasure! I've had two pre-purchase inspections with Woodies (Charlotte and Huntersville locations) and their service is very friendly, professional and well-priced.

I was extremely pleased with the service at Woodie's. I had an unexpected very flat tire. It actually had a bolt in it. I didn't have an appointment but went in with the temporary on my vehicle. They were busy but took my tire to see if it could be fixed. I received a phone call a short time later. The tire was ready and I went back and they installed it and put the temporary spare back in it's place. They were very reasonable in their charge for fixing my tire. Everyone was very pleasant. I definitely would recommend them.

All work done as expected

I was on the road to Chicago from Charlotte. Didn't get very far, only to discover there was a nail in my tire. NTB couldn't fit me in, so sent me to Woodie's. They pulled my car into the garage right away, and I was out of there lightening fast with a low-priced bill. Cannot complain. Everyone was efficient, super-friendly, and I made it the 11+ hour drive with confidence in the tire repair. Highly recommend.

So far, so great! We had a check engine light on for a while and went in to both price and appt time compare between Woodie’s and another local auto shop and not only was Woodie’s able to accommodate an appointment at the requested day, they confirmed issue, did a thorough inspection and gave us the service quote over the phone as well as a pretty good description of the work they would do to correct the problem. I loved that they had shuttle service to and from the shop as well. I will definitely utilize this shop again. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and efficient… not to mention it is one of the nicest non-dealership auto mechanic service shops I’ve been in!
