This was my first time here. I came in for brakes. I must say, am so impressed with the entire experience!! The moment I arrived I was greeted by Emily, who was incredibly sweet. She was very professional and kept me updated with the progress. I called several places and Woodie’s was the best price!!! I will definitely be back and I will recommend to everyone!!!!!

Took my wife's car and it was a great experience. Qualified Team of associates. I thought the diagnostic charge with a lift charge also was a bit steep; Usually there is usually no separate lift charges , at dealer as example and some will credit the diagnosis fee if the work is performed and it was. But otherwise clean shop, good people and job well done!!!

Marcus answered our call when we asked about fitting us in with a leaking tire. They got the tire fixed with a patch and we were on our way in 20 minutes. Thanks Marcus!

If you need your oil changed or your tires rotated their ok but if a computer doesn't tell them what's wrong they won't be able to fix it.

Worst auto service I ever had!! Don’t recommend taking your car there! Overpriced, bad customer service. They worked on my cooling system, charged me a very extravagant amount, they broke a part while working on it and never informed me.

I've trusted my car to Woodie's for the past few years. I believe them to be honest straight-shooters. Although the bill for work done this last time was incredibly painful... New brakes and tires are expensive... I believe the evaluation was correct. The price may be a bit higher than Firestone or NTB but seeing the same faces every time I come back can make up for that. Woodie's doesn't seem to have staff turnover that the cheaper places do. Tom was great here in Huntersville.

everything They do for me is top notch,they have an exceptional bunch of guys there that do great work in a timely manor.I would highly reccomend this store to anyone that is in need of service.thanks for everything
