A lively bunch who takes their work seriously. I was in and out in under 3 business days and my truck feels noticeably more sturdy on the road. Marcus, the black gentleman working there, made it his personal priority that I was satisfied with the service, the cost of the repairs, and left my truck looking and feeling tough. I will be coming back for my annual repairs.

I spoke with you over the phone from another state and you made me feel confident that you would take care of my my grandson care problems. Your customer service and quality of work is awesome. I would not recommend this mechanic shop, as they are not consistently responsive and they will be at around the bush with your car problems and not listen to the customer. I was up-charged 3 times in a row to not fix an issue with my car. I hadn't had it long, but they claimed to have the most state of the art equipment, software, and master mechanics qualified to work on my particular brand and model. But ultimately it caused me to sell the car 2 months after buying it. Overall, I have had bad experiences with 2 separate cars, and I would not take a complicated or problematic car to this shop, as they will ensure that it becomes a huge money pit for you with little regard for your pocketbook. Especially, do not take a German car or a high mileage car to them. They will overcharge you for diagnostics, maintenance, and will do nothing but put you on the back burner and beat around the bush. They did ok taillight work on my beater, but they butchered the extended diagnosis on my Audi. I wish I had read their Yelp reviews sooner. Be prepared to pay dealer prices or more, and expect to have to badger them until they look at your car. Young and conscientious car owners beware of being upsold and disregarded at every turn. They are reasonably nice people, though.

Had a puncture in my tire, even though they were booked solid, they asked me to bring it in and they replaced the tire that day! Appreciate the quick and friendly service!!

Made an appointment for 7am, had my car all day, just to get a call about 3:30 in the afternoon saying they wouldn't be able to get to do the work on my car and quoted me on the job they needed to do. That was my only day off, so I needed to pick up my car. Made another the next week on my next day off. Took it in, just to get a call a few hours completely telling me about a whole different job that needed to be done and quoted me double of the first quote I got. Was not prepared to pay that much, so I paid $50 to be inconvenienced twice with no work done. Totally annoyed , not happy

They should just tell you they can’t service SAAB engines instead of lying about it and saying your car has a clean bill of health. 2500$ and a weekend in the shop, yet the engine still has issues. They don’t know what they’re doing and looking to get your money. Not coming back.

I was in the area for an appointment and contacted this location to see if there were any appointments for an alignment. I spoke to Marcus, who told me that there were no appointments that day and offered to book for another day. I explained that I was not in the direct area and was only there for another appointment. He sympathized and told me to come in and ask for him. When I arrived, I spoke to him and he was able to get me in anyway. I very much appreciated him working with me, that kind of friendliness definitely leaves an impact and I will be more inclined in the future to come back to this location, even though it may be further than other shops local to my area. I chatted with other members of the staff while waiting, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and really made an effort to make an otherwise routine service more enjoyable and personable. Will be back, and will definitely recommend this location to others
