Wow! It's 6pm, the open sign is turned on and the sign and website says they're open until 7pm. As my husband approached the door just to inquire about an appointment, they locked the door and pull down gate. Great customer service guys!

We deeply apologize for your experience. However we had an associate here past 6pm, we had customers picking vehicles up past 6pm, and we do not have gates as or surrounding our doors. Please give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you

The worst experience at a garage I've ever had!! They don't care about you as a customer or making sure your car is working and reliable. All I had was a lighting issue so I could imaging someone with alot worse problems than me. They even made my other light stop working and didn't even try and fix it. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! There are many other garages that will take care of you and not try and make you feel like it's your fault. Unbelievable!

The situation is unfortunate Mr. Suggs, but we diagnosed your issue(s) twice, second time at no-charge to confirm issue(s) with your headlight ballast(s) system and inform of steps to resolve issue(s).To which you declined repair suggestions twice for your reasoning(s). Proper information was conveyed to you. We apologize for your situation sir, but want you to know that we greatly appreciate your business, and value your feedback and will implement this to help further inform customers moving forward.

Made an appointment online for an inspection and selected the option to wait while the car was inspected. On arrival I was told it would take 3-4 hours and I COULD NOT WAIT AT THE LOCATION WHILE THE INSPECTION WAS TAKING PLACE. Complete waste of time, would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a punctual and professional establishment to have their car worked on.

I had my car serviced last week. As well as the needed oil change my tire light was on. They discovered I also had a leak, contained to the oil pan at the moment, and a frayed alternator belt. I was thankful these problems were found as I had to drive out of state a few days later. I always appreciate Woodie's. They address problems found but never "over embellish".

We had some problems, but the company was honest and honored all expenses, including extra car rental. It is a serious and responsible company. The electrical repair and rear wheel bearing replacement service was not carried out due to the high cost of carrying out this service, but in any case, thank you very much and congratulations to the entire team, who were able to deal with the problem professionally.
