I left the car at this station and said that I had a check light on the dash and a coolant leak, + problem with the water pump. They are convinced that they work with German cars. 5-6 hours later they called me and told me that the car had a coolant leak (surprise lol) and they couldn't fix it. And (!) I have to pay them $75 for doing nothing (thanks for giving me a 50% discount on this, lol). They recommended going to a Porsche dealer, because... I need to remove the motor (which is not true). So. The car was repaired at another good service station, without any problems. These guys can change a light bulb or windshield washer blades, add a washer, or change the air freshener in your car, but nothing more complicated. They are not professional and do not work with German cars. If you have a Porsche, Mercedes, Mini, BMW, or Volkswagen, do not drop your car here, they don’t know how to work with them. p.s. Their working hours are not true. At 6:20pm everything is closed and no one is there. I had to come the next day.

Do NOT take your car here!! Went for a simple car inspection and was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. Two hours later got a call with a laundry list of items that needed repairs, I asked if any of those “much needed repairs they found” would be a reason to fail the inspection and I was told no, my car passed the inspection. I told the man I had a person that works on the car already so I did not want to pay for anything else and I would be on my way to pick up the car. I got another call a few seconds later informing me that my car did NOT pass inspection after all and it would need new windshield wipers and it had to get front axles repaired for over $600 plus parts and labor in order to pass inspection. I absolutely declined and got another opinion. I took the car to klever automotive and within less than 20 minutes passed inspection! Also want to add that Woodies originally passed my car on items that my make and model does not have so all in all you guys are scammers out to suck people dry. Never will I ever take my car here!

Kyle and Alston and the rest of the staff were great. Very helpful and professional. Turned my car around in a day on a busy holiday weekend. Will definitely be back!

Wow! It's 6pm, the open sign is turned on and the sign and website says they're open until 7pm. As my husband approached the door just to inquire about an appointment, they locked the door and pull down gate. Great customer service guys!

The worst experience at a garage I've ever had!! They don't care about you as a customer or making sure your car is working and reliable. All I had was a lighting issue so I could imaging someone with alot worse problems than me. They even made my other light stop working and didn't even try and fix it. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! There are many other garages that will take care of you and not try and make you feel like it's your fault. Unbelievable!

Made an appointment online for an inspection and selected the option to wait while the car was inspected. On arrival I was told it would take 3-4 hours and I COULD NOT WAIT AT THE LOCATION WHILE THE INSPECTION WAS TAKING PLACE. Complete waste of time, would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a punctual and professional establishment to have their car worked on.

I had my car serviced last week. As well as the needed oil change my tire light was on. They discovered I also had a leak, contained to the oil pan at the moment, and a frayed alternator belt. I was thankful these problems were found as I had to drive out of state a few days later. I always appreciate Woodie's. They address problems found but never "over embellish".
