The 2 times I had taken my vehicle to this place (not specifically this location), they did complete the service. But they also offered a bunch of unsolicited maintenance recommendations that I did not think rang true. I am fastidious with maintaining my vehicle, and the items they recommended do not fall in line with my maintenance history and strategy. Imagine my surprise when my bf scheduled an appointment here to get his car inspected. He already knew how I felt about the place, but it's his car. Dropped the car off at 8AM and was told it would be a few hours. No call by 2PM so bf calls...and is put on hold for 12 minutes. He hangs up, calls back and gets the same person who left him on hold. Put on hold for another 6 minutes, and when they do deign to actually talk with him...give him a laundry list of defective items AND that the inspection machine isn't working. It's the 'inspection machine not working' after the car has been there over 6 hours that gets me. My opinion is that they took one look at the car, decided it wouldn't pass and thought there was no money to be made so ignored it until they received a call.

I visited the Ballantyne Woodie’s location with the need of having inspections completed on three cars. They were very responsive to my needs, provided shuttle service to my home, and I was able to drive my other cars in with the previous car serviced with inspection completed prior to my arrival. It made for a very efficient day! They were polite, courteous and very accommodating. I sent pizza to the shop to thank them and will be using them for other services in the future. Jesse

Austin and his staff were great. They were able to fit me in next day for service, and when additional (unrelated) work was needed, they were able to fix it quickly and at a rate and cost that was ideal. Will be returning for my next needed service

I highly recommend Woodie's on Adair Manor Court, in Ballantyne. I truly appreciated their honesty and direction, when it came to the needed repairs of my Range Rover Evoque. Everyone we encountered was friendly and personable, and I especially appreciated the detailed service and attention provided by Kyle Gattison, Service Advisor. Thank you, Woodies.

My experience with Woodies has been 5+++. I lost my husband several months ago and they have been very helpful in helping me handle issues that my husband always took care of. I am slowing learning things about my car with their help. Thanks Woodies!

To change the rear turn signal bulb for my Buick Lacrosse 2017.. They charged me $120 and the bulb part is just $8.. After a discussion with the store emloyee.. They reduced it to $67. As their labour cost is too high $150/hr.. Even German cars and Buick dealership wont charge that much for the labour. I enquired about the same issue with other auto stores, they said only $30 bucks Max.
