Woodies has serviced our vehicles a few times and we have been extremely satisfied. From an oil change to A/C diagnostic/repair to a quick stop asking them to check the coolant level in my car because the light came on. W

This was the first time I have used at Woodie's. I was treated very well at the Ballantyne and I felt like Sean took my concern seriously about my tire. Three other repair shops had looked at my tire, but never found the nail in it. Woodie's at Ballantyne found it. My car was repaired in a timely manner.

Woodies went out of their way to tackle a new to them cooling issue on my electric Ioniq 5. They handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with excitement for the challenge. I highly recommend them for all of your car care needs.

I don't think I could be less pleased with the customer service at Woodies if I tried. Took my 4 year-old car in for a lube/oil and to get a cracked plastic piece that on the driver's side repaired or replaced. I was shocked because in year's past, I always was able work done in their waiting room. I was told this wasn't an option anymore and that Larry (who was the only pleasant experience from today) would take me home in their "courtesy shuttle." They said my car would be done mid-afternoon. I contacted them Mid-afternoon to see if it was just about done. Turns out that they had a whole laundry list of "urgent" items that needed to be done- total would be ~$1500. Are you kidding me? I don't doubt that my brake fluid and air filter need to be changed, but was shocked to see that they were charging me $50 just to put in a $28 air filter. I told them to just do the lube/oil. Larry wasn't able to pick me back up until 6p. So, this entire day was wasted for a stupid lube/oil. And they never even addressed the cracked driver's seat plastic. This is not the same Woodies I used to go to in the past at all.

Took my car in for an oil change and during their inspection Woodies found 2 broken motor mounts. Prior to this I suspected something was wrong but could not find it. Thank You that noise and problem is now gone. Great job

Had state inspection done and rear brakes plus a battery put in. Brakes were recommended earlier and battery had died bad cell. Love that they inspect car and prioritize what needs to be done. Always a great job at a fair price

Woodies took my car in at the last minute for an inspection and other needed maintenance. They always tell me what is necessary and what can wait. They shuttled me to and from work and had my car done in a very timely manner. Everyone is so nice, personable and professional. I love Woodies!

Customer service was decent, I paid just under $70 for 2 wiper blades though?? THAT'S OBSURED

I like unique Office set up people kinda cool and receive. Jus wonder how old people stand at counter or exercise. After inspection and after service explanation helps attract customers. reviews helps. Keep it up ! Good Luck !
