Great facility. I had to handle everything over the phone as my daughter and I were in 2 separate cities. They let me know nothing was wrong with the car but car lost communication with the key. Because of their honesty I allowed them to do preventative maintenance on her car. Very professional and honest. Any other problems we have I will return.

Genuinely nice people here at Woodie's. The new location in Ballantyne is very nice and spacious. The waiting room stocked with gratis cold drinks and snacks along with comfy couches and big screen TV's. The prices here are fair and, for my services, have been comparable to other shops around town. Will return.

They took really good care of my mom's car when I brought it in. Friendly staff and a really nice waiting area. I'll return (hopefully just for stuff like oil changes lol).
