When the check engine went on and the car was running rough I took my car into Woodies in Davidson and Brandon was very helpful and professional to get it fixed quickly. The shop is very clean and the shuttle drivers are very considerate.

Took my wife's car and it was a great experience. Qualified Team of associates. I thought the diagnostic charge with a lift charge also was a bit steep; Usually there is usually no separate lift charges , at dealer as example and some will credit the diagnosis fee if the work is performed and it was. But otherwise clean shop, good people and job well done!!!

I’ve used them for upwards ten years. They have changed mgmt and employee and it’s resulted in poor diagnostics and work I told them something was amiss with my front right brakes. There was dust all over the rim. Other brakes were fine. They said nothing was wrong. I could feel the brakes didn’t work well. They told me I needed a tune up since it was 100000 miles. They ended up replacing two coils because they broke off during the install. I left there with a 1300 bill. A day later my engine light came on and my engine started sputtering badly. I took it to the woodies near my home. They said all the coil should have been changed and they found the caliper frozen on the brakes. I’m very disappointed in this location.

Outstanding service. Had my truck inspected and got 2 new tires. Went out of their way to work out the logistics and complete the work in a timely manner.

Used woodies for the past year since moving to Charlotte and didn't have any issues. Got my car towed here (a different location than I usually go to) and was sent an outrageous quote. I knew something was off and sent the quote and pictures of the damage to a trusted mechanic from my hometown. They were appalled and told me not only was the quote still off for what they were doing but the damage was not near as bad as they were stating. I then asked for a quote to fix a small portion of what was wrong so that I could at least drive my car somewhere else to have it looked at and it was only $200 less than getting the whole plethora of other repairs done. I was fed up at this point and could tell they assumed I was woman that wouldn't second guess things or trust her gut, but I called the woodies on Tryon and they not only towed my car to them, gave me an HONEST quote, but also discounted the repair for what I dealt with. It was obvious that this location has had fishy stuff happen before. It's honestly just pathetic that you have to try to con people to make a living. Have the day you deserve woodies mechanics :)
