Friendly staff that had exactly what we needed when our 5th wheel had a tire blow out. Timely service. However, the tire they sold us was grossly underflated and we had mounted it before we noticed how low it was. They did not have a portable tank that we could use to inflate it. Please be sure to have them check and double check tire pressure before you leave.

They got the job done. Good front customer service, I guess. My car was taken in for low tire pressure, which needed to be patched. They patched it and got it back to working condition so that deserves credit. Here’s why my rating is low: 1. They proceeded with the repair without informing me of what was to be done beforehand. 2. $41 to patch a tire. (Apparently, this could be done for $5 at other places, according to multiple local sources. They quoted an oil change to be almost double what I have been paying for at the dealership service. So there’s that.) 3. Large grease stains of someone’s hand on my driver seat now. Sent them a photo. No response.

These guys at this garage are the most helpful and nice that I have ever experienced. The prices are great, and I feel like I can trust what they recommend.

DO NOT!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!! I brought my car here the Saturday before Fathers Day explaining that i only had 1 vehicle and couldn’t stand to be without for a long period. They check my car on the Monday after Fathers Day and told me they could have the transmission in by the following Wednesday and the car would be ready the Tuesday after. So i decide to let them do the work. I call the Tuesday after just for them to tell me my car won’t be ready til Friday and that they never promise a to have work done on a Tuesday but rather at the end of the week. I was forced to spend more money in a rental that i already didn’t have. The Friday that they said my car would be ready they tell me my brake line is bad and that under law they could let me take it because of safety protocol. So i figure it’s gone cost $200 plus to get it towed so i might as well let them fix it for $200 more. They told me that Friday it would be ready by 12 but it wasn’t until 6. I was told that before hand that a technician had to drive it to make sure it was safe. Soon as i got in my car as my approaching the stop light i realize i don’t had much brakes to wear I’m nearing touching the floor to make the brakes activate. My brakes were perfect before i took it there. I went this morning now they’re telling me i need new calipers after i just paid $4400 and their technician was suppose to drive & inspect the car for this type of thing before i even got in it. I’m paranoid and scared because i need my car but not having the proper brakes in this busy city traffic is nerve racking

If you want to deal with friendly, honest, and knowledgeable mechanics, then come here. My elderly parents recently traveled to CLT and ended up with a flat tire. Took it to Woodie’s without hesitation. They unfortunately couldn’t patch the tire because it was a sidewall puncture, but they got my dad set up with his spare. They charged us an amazing price for the work done, and the fellas Tony and Johnny were beyond nice.
