65 years old on a fixed income. Brought my 2007 Toyota in to Ballantyne after reading the story of the Woodies family. My rear windows had slipped off their rails. Over $3500.00 later and three returned trips, I've got a screw driver jamed in the inside of the window so it doesn't fall down for the fourth time. It's all about integrity....

I broke down on I-77 coming from Cleveland for a 1-day conference. Woodie's was referred by my hotel, LeMeridien. Got towed to Woodie's. Daniel was exceptionally accommodating and got me repaired within a day. I appreciate Woodie's and the mechanics for getting me back on the road. They replaced our popped tire while it was very early in the morning after a red eye flight, and did it fast and had a very nice lounge to relax in, and the man in the front was kind and understanding. This is one of the best service places I've been to! :)

Wow! It's 6pm, the open sign is turned on and the sign and website says they're open until 7pm. As my husband approached the door just to inquire about an appointment, they locked the door and pull down gate. Great customer service guys!

Matt is fantastic. He went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my vehicle, which, in my case, means diving into the underlying physics and engineering because I’m a nerd. He was more than happy to oblige, which is why this is the only place I will bring my family’s vehicles.

Although last minute, they were able to fit our truck in for unexpected maintenance.
