I went to Woodie’s for an oil change since it would be convenient to work. They recommended an additional $500 worth of services after the $80 oil change. On my way home I noticed a noise coming from my car. Upon further inspection the bottom plate of my car had been zip tied on and had come loose while driving. Went back the next day and they fixed it for free (I should hope so), but didn’t take accountability for using zip ties in the first place. They claimed the car was previously secured with zip ties. If that was the case I certainly would have expected that info when they called me after the service. All around a ridiculous situation that could have been dangerous for me driving home with my young kids. We will not return.

I was extremely pleased with the service at Woodie's. I had an unexpected very flat tire. It actually had a bolt in it. I didn't have an appointment but went in with the temporary on my vehicle. They were busy but took my tire to see if it could be fixed. I received a phone call a short time later. The tire was ready and I went back and they installed it and put the temporary spare back in it's place. They were very reasonable in their charge for fixing my tire. Everyone was very pleasant. I definitely would recommend them.

Wrong direction

walked in with a nail in my tire & they helped me out immediately! Scott showed me so much kindness & Larry (I believe) fixed my tired professionally and efficiently! Will definitely be back time and time again😊 thanks guys!!!

Friendly, competent service. Technician and service advisor were wonderful. Great service and great value.
