I believe it was Jeff who helped one of my customer out we set our customer there to get a diagnostic. They charged him $160 for diagnostic. And told the customer that the car was not safe to drive overcharged for the pricing. I have a written diagnostic that I can provide, which mentioned the customer need oxygen sensor misfire and the reservoir was leaking and it is not safe for him to drive this vehicle and the prices they offered to repair was outrageous even more than a dealership franchise dealership. We advise our customer to just go ahead and drive the car and it’ll be OK. We paid for their diagnostic and Car came to the dealership whatever they mentioned in diagnostic was not even the problem with the car. The car had a totally different problem which we addressed and the customer is happy as they can be in future we ever have any issue we would not recommend the shop.
Dear Affordable Motors Inc, after reviewing your concerns, we understand the importance of accurate diagnostics and transparent pricing. We strive to provide excellent service, so we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your feedback will be shared with the team for improvement. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
