⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding customer service and such a welcoming atmosphere! If you leave your car at the shop, they’ll even drive you home and pick you up when it’s ready. The team here goes above and beyond everyone is so friendly, and it truly feels like the essence of Fort Mill. I absolutely love it and highly recommend this shop to everyone! 🚗💯

Do not waste 3000 on "A clutch replacement from Woodies resulted in an unsatisfactory experience. Despite a higher price compared to other quotes, the work was so sloppy and could of resulted into more damage on my engine and Transmission. The new clutch's performance is poor; there are issues with the engagement point, and there is [describe specific issue, e.g., excessive chatter, difficulty shifting into certain gears, a spongy pedal feeling]. The quality of the work doesn't align with the premium paid. It appears the job was rushed, with inadequate bleeding or adjustments. Had to take my car to another mechanic who also admitted this was a sloppy. He found the O2 sensors were laying on the exhaust cat. Didn't appear to be burnt all the way through. The Transmission pass side rear O2 wires were torn and bare wire showing. Wires hanging, not secured properly to engine or Transmission. Very unhappy customer. They dont even deserve the one Star.

We're sorry you're having trouble with your car. What you're describing is not how your car left our shop. It is very concerning and we want to help. We have a great 3 year 36k mile warranty so we hope you are able to bring the car back so we can help.
