Great job all the way around (as usual)!

Went to Woodies twice. I think they are going to be my Auto service from now on. So far so good!

This was my 4th or 5th time using the Woodie's Indian Land, SC located on Charlotte Highway (521). All seemed to be the same as my last visits with three exceptions. First, it appeared to me that here was an entire new team of front desk staff. Not a problem as I was promptly met with the same friendly greeting as usual. Second, I pointed out to the young man (I believe his name was Eric), taking in my vehicle, to be sure to apply the military service discount (10%). While he acknowledged that he would be sure to do so he never adjusted my bill costing me an additional $8.00. Third, it seems that they have with done away with providing 'waiting' customers a variety of snacks. The free coffee remains.

Good services, good prices, done in a timely fashion

Some of the BEST customer I’ve ever experienced period. Like, wow. I felt safe, welcomed, and they genuinely cared my vehicle and me as a customer too! They provided snacks and a incredibly comfy waiting area. Three different staff members checked in on me while I was waiting. Once my inspection was done, someone came to give me a full report on my car. It was upselling I’m sure, but I appreciate the non-aggressive way they did it. They genuinely were recommending products and services that I actually needed! I plan to visit Woodie’s for all of my car services moving forward. Simply amazing.

Great service. I was traveling in Charlotte from Columbia, SC. Car was running hot...noticed drive belt had broken..it was around 5pm on a Friday...they were closing...said they opened Saturday morning at 7am...I had to be back in Columbia on Saturday by 12 noon...stayed the night in Charlotte..called them around 9 am on Saturday..car was ready by 10 am...I was back in Columbia by 11:30...I would recommend them to anyone...nice folks, great service...they turned a bad experience into a good one..thanks .

Can’t say enough about the team @ Woody’s! I recently had an incident where I ran over a cinder block and asked Woody’s to take a look @ my car. I called first thing in the morning & they were able to squeeze me in that day. I not only had my car back by the time I left work that day but they also were super honest with me about damage/lack there of. Didn’t charge me a crazy amount and super friendly! Will absolutely use them again.
