Nice, pleasant atmosphere. Service was quick! We were going to get our tires rotated but were told we needed tires soon and the tech did not want us to waste our money on a tire rotation. Kudos to that!

Definitely more expensive than my regular mechanic. Not sure I would use them routinely for my fleet maintenance but if you want it done right use Woody's Your car will appreciate it and the 3yr/36,000 warranty could pay off too

Just moved to Charlotte and my tire started to get flat. With a totally full schedule and 2 days before Thanksgiving, they were able to fit me in and fix my tire. They were all very nice and professional and it didn’t cost too much at all. Very appreciative and will definitely use them again for any car needs.

I worked with Mark. Absolutely amazing, listed to my worries as I had taken my car to 4 other shops to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Every other shop told me my car was in perfect condition, even the VW dealership said this. I knew something was off as I am not 100% oblivious to car maintenance growing up with family in the industry. I talked to mark and explained to him what was happening and he listened and truly took me seriously. I brought my car to him right away they shuttled me home why I waited. Few hours later he calls me and tells me exactly what I had been saying and gave me the estimate. He worked with me and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Drove my car off the lot and felt brand new! Thank you Mark for truly listening to me and taking me seriously! I will definitely be back for any other maintenance needs!
