Customer service and friendliness were very appreciated.. though they accidentally installed a cracked part they quickly made things right and got my car fixed as soon as they could after the issue was found.

I'm really fortunate that I get my car serviced at Woodies in Ballantyne. They were honest and upfront about a product defect and they fixed my problem without hesitation. It was a blessing to hear that kind of news with no BS. My oil was changed without a hitch as well. Thank you to everyone at Woodies-Ballanytne for the great customer service and repair.

I drove my car to woody’s at 7:15 am as it was breaking down right on 51! The gentlemen at the desk were so nice and said they could diagnose the problem and also take me to work! They have a free shuttle! It was so, so helpful! They also picked me up and took me back to my car where my husband met me and we were able to find out what we needed to purchase to fix it. The customer service was amazing and the shuttle was a huge plus!

I have been using Woodies since the early 90s. They have always been trustworthy and honest. I now use the Carmel Road location as it is near my home. I went today because the trunk would not open on my car. They said to leave it with them. I had to wait for a ride back home as my wife was with our grandchildren. After five minutes, they came up to me and said, "it's fixed and good to go". No charge and back in action. Great group of guys. Thanks so much, Bill Hart
