I’ve been to Woodies several times over the last several years. I’ve been pleased with their expertise and customer service. My recent visit was not so great. A few years ago, the drain tube in my sunroof became clogged with debris, causing a leak in the cabin when it rained. They were able to unclog it for a reasonable price. It happened again this week, so I took it over, I told them what was wrong, and how they fixed it the last time. When I went to pick it up, the bill was twice as much as the last time. I was in a bit of a hurry, and didn’t check the invoice. Later, I looked at the invoice at home. I was shocked that they charged me for a 28-point inspection of the vehicle. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS! I simply wanted them to unclog the drain. When I called them to explain why they did this, the representative I delt with was gone for the day. I was told someone would call me today to discuss a possible resolution. I have yet to hear from them. In addition, I happened to find a YouTube video on how to do it myself when it happens again. It takes five minutes! Beware of services like this that will try to sneak in services that are not needed.
