I so upset with this business I go to get service all the time and it’s never pleasant the lady Receptionist is never nice I guess if I had a lighter skin I would get a good morning how can we assist u but no it’s a dead stare from pink face Amy🤭🤬

While driving home on vacation we had a tire light that came on. Pulled off the highway and found this place. The technician came out checked all our tires and accurately diagnosed it being just a faulty message. She reset it and we were off, no charge.

Incredibly nice people, did a great job with my car. It needed lots of repairs and I could feel a big difference in how it drove after they were finished. (It was much better!) They also were very kind and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of, which as a young woman, I almost always feel that way when walking into an auto shop. Will definitely be going back to them in the future!

I am unhappy with them not providing an update when the car was not ready for pickup at the ETA of 5pm. When I called back at six, they already left even though their hours on their website state they are open till 7. Given the amount of money we had to spend in repairs, it’s inconsiderate to not call back with an update. The lack of communication at the end of the day is unacceptable and I hope they will improve that part of the process. Perhaps review all outstanding repairs for the day and call each one to give an update on delays. This would be key. And as other reviews stated I am skeptical as to the various issues we had the past few times. And will be trying another spot.

Great service and fast diagnostics

I called the Charlottetown Ave location in the morning after realizing I had a flat tire. While they were booked up with appointments for the day (and for the next few days as well), the said they would work me in if I was able to drop off my car for the day. They were able to repair my flat tire and did a vehicle inspection while they had my car, finding out my battery was on its last legs (and likely saving me from being stranded from a dead battery). They service technicians were great; they called to keep me updated on their progress and to confirm repairs before performed. I've heard great reviews on them from others in my neighborhood, and after this experience, they have certainly earned my future business.
