Great service and speedy response.

I was in the area for an appointment and contacted this location to see if there were any appointments for an alignment. I spoke to Marcus, who told me that there were no appointments that day and offered to book for another day. I explained that I was not in the direct area and was only there for another appointment. He sympathized and told me to come in and ask for him. When I arrived, I spoke to him and he was able to get me in anyway. I very much appreciated him working with me, that kind of friendliness definitely leaves an impact and I will be more inclined in the future to come back to this location, even though it may be further than other shops local to my area. I chatted with other members of the staff while waiting, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and really made an effort to make an otherwise routine service more enjoyable and personable. Will be back, and will definitely recommend this location to others

I was in the area for a separate appointment and figured I would try and contact Woodie's to see if there were any appointments available for an alignment. Although it was busy that day, Marcus told me to bring my car in anyways and was able to get me in as a walk-in, which was greatly appreciated. His friendliness and professionalism definitely made an impact and I am definitely inclined to come back if I am ever back in the area. I did not get the mechanics name, but he dialed the alignment in, you can tell the quality of his work is top notch. Even while waiting, a few other crew members would walk in and have a chat, everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend

Making an appointment online for routine auto maintenance was easy. They were ready for my car when I arrived. Comfortable waiting space. Received a link to the summary of my car's inspection while I was there. I always appreciate the friendly customer service, along with the dependable and trustworthy auto service provided by Woodie's.

I was skeptical going here. I had heard negative stories but it’s hard to find an place on a Saturday that does inspections. They did an oil change and car check up too! was very pleased with the service and the staff were very friendly. Taking your car to the shop is always a bit of a nail biter $$$ but I did not feel scammed into believing something was wrong with my car !!! Thank you Woodies you are now my new neighborhood garage !!!

They Did the Service necessary smoothly and Kept us informed. We knew the cost before anything was even done, and even after a mistake was made by accident they corrected it with no hassle. Awesome terrific will be back.
