My boyfriend had used this location of Woody’s after getting many incorrect answers on his car’s condition and they gave him excellent service. They helped fixed a structural issue that many other mechanics wouldn’t so I held them in high regards. I went to them for an oil change and an inspection, and a possible brake change. The individual at the front desk was perfectly lovely and helpful. They called to confirm that I would need a brake change and offered a coolant-flush service that I declined. They said they would top off my coolant, inspect my vehicle, change the oil, and change my brakes. Turns out they did not perform my inspection after paying for the service, which I had to come back and wait over an hour for the inspection after already leaving my car for a full day with a guarantee that the work was done and I was the one to find this flaw. I later heard a strange noise coming from my engine bay that led me to discover they also did not top off my coolant. I was concerned about whether or not they even changed my oil (as they did not give me a reminder sticker of when my oil needs to be changed next) or replaced my brakes, because they did not perform half the services they said they would, and they still have not returned my calls expressing these concerns. I know they are capable of excellent service and I do not know if these errors occurred due to new staffing, but I am disappointed that they overlooked so many services that were paid for and expected to be completed. If you choose this location, make sure to double check their work before you leave.
