Why does it take 8 hours for an oil change?

I got a nail stuck in my tire on the way to the gas station and was losing air fast. Luckily, they were across the street and got me with no problems. Even though it was a really busy day, the service and customer care they provided me was immaculate. Highly recommend.

They are always so nice to us when we come in or call! All of the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and make sure we are happy. They have been so great about fitting us in even though they are understaffed at times. And they are great about giving us updates and etas on our repairs. Just a joy to deal with! Very good experience! I will go back and will recommend

I needed a vehicle inspection, and they were able to squeeze me in. very courteous and professional. My only criticism would be to have a dedicated technician to knock out inspections while you wait. The Uber cost back and forth was more than the cost of the inspection, not to mention the wasted time.

The prices are insane. I ended up having to bring my car to another shop which charged me a third of Woodie's quote for the same service. The people are kind but the prices are inflated, no one should be charged $1500 for rear brakes alone.

As always the best service and advice for any special recommendations for your car or truck. Been with them for several years and as always excellent service.
