AC was not working and needed new evaporator. Eagle did it right and timely keeping cost to a minimum. Have waited two weeks to be sure all remained well. They are the real deal not a shop that takes advantage of people. Highly recommend them!

I was sent a $25 Woodies discount card late 2022, I have used their services for both vehicles, that I submitted with my oil change in Jan. 2023. When I received my bill, discount was not on the bill. I ask why no discount and the tech said the bill was already produced and is a hassle to change, but will put a note in the system for next time. I agreed. Recently, I took my car for an oil change plus over $400 of additional fluids that did need to be changed. I paid the bill then realized, still no $25 credit from the last time, which I was told was going in their system. Additionally, all for tires were not checked for air as two days later my air pressure indicator light informed me of low tire pressure. I checked and all four were under inflated. Concerned, once a simple mistake, concern twice an issue?

Woodie’s has been our go to place for 10+ years. They are always efficient, professional and great to work with. They help identify any areas that need to be addressed or monitored, and help resolve them in a timely, straightforward manner.

After getting an oil change at Valvoline, I drove 30 minutes down the road and (long story short) realized Valvoline never bolted my skid plate back up and it was scraping on the ground as I was driving. I went to the nearest auto shop, which happened to be Woodie’s, and they bolted it back up for free for me. Super appreciative and would definitely come back in the future for the great customer service!

Very worst service . Excessive bill. My car overheated due to radiator hose got broken. So taken to that workshop . For inspection alone they charged alone 160$ by seeing the car itself we can see broken hose what else is required. The car parts doesn’t cost more than 150$ but altogether they charged 950$ . Greedy people for small work charging a lot.Don’t go to their store.

This Woodies in Huntersville probably has the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Ian did a great job with my inspection.
