Quoted price found they could not do final part to finish job had to pay for 3rd party to finish job that did not deduct from original quote so feel I ended up paying twice. Poor communication there were delays and that's understandable but when delays happen and you find out when YOU CAll as to when you can pick up your car and told more than once there's been a delay NO COMMUNICATION unless you call. Work seems ok but office service , customer communication and billing practices need a lot of work.

Woodies was great. They took great care into explaining the issues and options. Plus free ride to and from shop is a plus. Great experience all around.
