I like Woodies. I trust their expertise. Not sure about their upsellng. They wanted to charge me $135 to replace my air cabin filter. I bought two of them online for $30. It took me 5 minutes to replace one of them. I understand making money. Price gouging, not so much.

I brought my car in to get a quote on breaks and roters. I was charged for a diagnostics test that I didn't ask for since breaks don't require a diagnostics. I made it very clear I don't have much money and that's why I needed to go somewhere cheaper. With this in mind, they still decided to deceive me into paying for diagnostics.

It's so hard finding a mechanic you can trust!!! I've searched for years & Woodie's is the first place I feel seen & listened to, not up sold.
