I’m dissatisfied with my service from Woodie’s. I was quoted a price. I agreed to the price of service. Once, the technician started working on the car, I got another call saying that the original price quoted was wrong. And, that the actual price was significantly higher. Then I called to check on my car. And, found out, that a part was ordered for my car, without discussing it with me. The part was $240. Apparently, Woodie’s assumes their customers have pockets full of money. I , neither my family will ever return to Woodie’s in Summerville , SC again. Leroy Dantzler.

Amazing inspection results sent to my phone with pictures of everything. Even techs were vocal and pleasant. Also drop off around 8a- fresh sausage biscuits.

As an older woman driving an older car, the staff of Woodie’s Mint Hill recognizes my needs and tries to help me perform preventive maintenance before trouble happens! They patiently answer my questions AND anticipate the ones I don’t know to ask. Very helpful and kind at all times. I no longer go to the dealership…I go to Woodie’s!

Great service and transparent on work. I took my truck here first then immediately took my wife’s car in. They have this awesome reporting feature where they give pictures, details, and criticality info of issues they find. Dana up front was great to work with and highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Polite and expert staff. They always make the process a breeze and make sure to check in with you before doing any work not explicitly outlined.

Very satisfying experience and was made aware of what maintenance I might need in the future due to the age of my car. I will go back when I need to get more done on my car.
