I have lived in Charlotte for 25+ years and since I do most of my own car maintenance, I had never been to a Woodie's. Of course, I have heard the ads on the radio and I have seen them grow over time, so, I figured they must be doing something right. The other night, while my daughter and I were working on her car, my wife pulled into the garage and our 2015 Durango was spewing coolant. I knew it was the water pump and needed to get it fixed quickly. The next morning I called the Midtown Woodie's around 7 AM. I spoke with Bobby, and he told me they could take a look that morning (already a good sign). We dropped it off around 8 AM, and that is when I met Bobby and immediately felt good about the decision. The shop was clean and organized, and Bobby assured me that they would take care of us that day. Oh, and that the water pump repair would have a 3 year warranty, (a clear indication of the confidence in their work). Sure enough, by 2 PM, I got the call and the car was fixed and ready for pickup. The great communication, kind staff, and a fair price has made me a new Woodie's customer!

This place makes getting car work done with as little hassle as possible! I love that they have a shuttle service so it made it easy to drop off my car and go to work. Very friendly service and the inspecition of my car was thorough and accurate.

My car was diagnosed with an electrical problem. A mouse had chewed some of my wires leading to my computer. The technician repaired my car the same day.

Very easy transition. The appointment was made online and I pulled in and was immediately taken. Everything took about an hour. Of course the cost of inflation has even reached here, but still affordable for anyone needing services. I recommend.

The guys here were awesome they called me during the day, texted me to keep me updated on the service of my vehicle. They offer the shuttle service and took me to work after I dropped off my car and pick me up and took me back to pick my car back up. They did a very good job and I will use them again

Had a roofing nail in my tire when I left the dirt finals on Friday night and they were able to fix me right up so I could be there for Saturday racing action. The patch got me home to upstate New York on Sunday. I would recommend them to all that need tire work or replacement done
