Being new to the area, it is always a bit challenging when seeking out first time service providers. Woodies met and even surpassed my expectations. From booking, to check-in, to an informed discussion as to the requirements for my vehicle, and a text message update. All went superably. Thank you to Kyle and Sean and the Woodies Team.

I’m dissatisfied with my service from Woodie’s. I was quoted a price. I agreed to the price of service. Once, the technician started working on the car, I got another call saying that the original price quoted was wrong. And, that the actual price was significantly higher. Then I called to check on my car. And, found out, that a part was ordered for my car, without discussing it with me. The part was $240. Apparently, Woodie’s assumes their customers have pockets full of money. I , neither my family will ever return to Woodie’s in Summerville , SC again. Leroy Dantzler.

Amazing inspection results sent to my phone with pictures of everything. Even techs were vocal and pleasant. Also drop off around 8a- fresh sausage biscuits.

As an older woman driving an older car, the staff of Woodie’s Mint Hill recognizes my needs and tries to help me perform preventive maintenance before trouble happens! They patiently answer my questions AND anticipate the ones I don’t know to ask. Very helpful and kind at all times. I no longer go to the dealership…I go to Woodie’s!
