I wish I could give them 100 stars. I came in today very apprehensive & skeptical because I was about to purchase a car. (I’m a young woman with very little knowledge on cars and very little trust in car-people because of my naivety around this topic) I asked them to evaluate it & make sure that the car didn’t have any unseen issues. They told me it would be $115 & take about 45 minutes. Within 10 minutes they had explained everything to me in laymen’s terms and continued to come to the front to walk me through their findings, the issues, their advice, everything. They truly had my best interest at the top of their priorities and didn’t even charge me for my appointment. They also invited the man I was with to the back of the shop to ensure everybody was on the same page and that I was taken care of. They were some of the most personable, genuine, and knowledgeable people I had ever met. They were also funny. If I won the lottery I would literally give them so much of my money. They genuinely made my entire week and I have never felt more understood, prioritized, and cared for by a group of mechanics ever in my life. I wish I could do more for them but I don’t have the resources right now. I called 3 of my friends, my boss, my sister, mom and dad the second I left to tell them all how grateful I was for these people and how amazing my experience was. Thank you guys. U guys deserve a raise for real.
