Very good experience

The guys were nice and had good customer service, but they didn’t fix the issue or only fixed part of the issue with my car! Soon after I got it back a couple days later my engine light came back on and the same problem I had was happening. They switched out the battery thats it and charged me over $400 for it! I let someone else who did my inspection look at it and he said it probably needs new spark plugs and an O2 sensor!! So for an actual all work mechanic shop, with people who are supposed to be professionals, to not figure out what else was wrong with it is just ridiculous to me! I should be able to get a free service so they can actually fix the problem!!

Nicest bunch of guys all in one spot. And, of course, extremely competent. No matter the issue, I’m confident the staff at Woodie’s will handle the job quickly and for less than the dealer I used to go to. Reliable, convenient, cost effective, and pleasant.

Had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Tried my regular tire shop where I bought the tires, said they were short staffed and I had to wait 2 days to get in!! Dropped it off at Woodie’s, left it 2-3 hours, and they worked me in even though they were jammed. Fixed it…just like new. Thank you for Good Service!!

I went in on a Tuesday and asked for an appointment for Friday at 7:00 am. Told them that I needed to be out by 10:00 am. It was only an oil change and two new tires. They said that would work fine. I called Thursday night to confirm and they said of course. I went in on Friday at 7:00 am and they told me there was no way they could have my car done by 10:00 am. They wasted my whole morning and this was such an inconvenience. Auto shops need to learn to stick to their appointments and not over book. There is no reason why it should take 3 hours to do an oil change and put two new tires on. Appointments mean nothing to these places. No consideration to their customers schedule.

Not a great experience. My vehicle was never fixed. There was miss communication and added fees for something they didn’t repair properly. I lost a good chunk of money for something that wasn’t fixed. I do not recommend utilizing this repair shop. For they will leave you with no money and more auto troubles.

My fingers are still crossed hoping the quality of work far exceeds the continued lack of communication provided during the entire time my car was held in the shop for repairs. No surprise as my concerns were articulated several times but, unfortunately, did not seem to make any difference. Upon picking up the car initial signs (although resolved while I waited even longer) were troubling eg....check engine light had to be resolved. Arriving home noticed bolts and parts of tools (ratched heads) left in and on my car (by windshield wipers). All genuinely friendly but, even though there were repeated acknowledgements and apologies, my expectations clearly were not met.
