These places have some of the most condescending, rude people . My dad just picked up his truck today because it needed brake pads and pads only, and the guy who runs the shop, said that they would only do it if they did the rotors as well. After arguing with the guy and explaining that we are the customer and that it is our vehicle and not his, he refused to do the work so we picked up the vehicle. He said “that’s just not how we do it here”. Then you get this inspection report on all the things that need to be done and it’s quite funny because some of the things that are on it were just done to the truck recently. I would stay away from this place. I would say if they do it at one place they will do it everywhere.

This was my first time here. It was a great experience for me. They even offered a courtesy ride home.

The worse- I feel like they did not take this service seriously. After paying $1400- I returned to my dealership
