Woodies was tremendous. Went to Midtown location near my home, needed to find trusty worthy place for regular maintenance and preventative care. The folks at Woodies are kind, professional and honest - great group of people who do an awesome job. Have a regular customer in me now.

It was a cold chilly evening as I was getting ready to Uber drive a few hrs, before realizing on the last minute my headlights were completely out! 😨 In this weather and during the holidays, I was ready to endure the SOL life until after and will just have to make due driving during daylight hrs However, things took a faithful turn after I made a stop at Woodies Auto Service. It was in their last hr before closing but I thought I have nothing to lose. John and his team took my car in, assessed what was going on replaced those beamers seamlessly! Huge shout out to Matt for escorting us to the nearby auto parts shop to pick up the bulbs. Everyone went above and beyond and I'm forever grateful! Great experience here. Rodney was very helpful and explained things well. A Firestone in the area told me I'd have to go to the dealership for this repair, but this Woodie's proved that wrong. Issue was diagnosed and fixed within the same day. I live ~25 minutes away from this location but will come here for future auto issues. Thanks!

Loved that they have picked and drop off shuttle , Ready to answer all questions and thier multi point check has pictures in them which is a nice touch

Updating my review to 1 star, very poor communication, spent more than 2500$ and the issue is still not fixed . When I called today to ask status of my car they said they are yet to check and it will not be checked for next 3 days , then what is the point of leaving my car with you guys if it cannot be checked for next 3 days ?
