North and South Carolina Auto Repair

Our son had a tire blowout late Thursday after leaving work. He made it to a parking garage, thank goodness. We needed to have it towed to get the tire replaced and were recommended to Woodie’s. We could not have been more pleased!! They were friendly, great communication and after giving us the timeframe of being able to have the car to us Monday, Brad called back and said they were going to be able to get it done on Friday after all. We were stunned with the turnaround, and very pleased as our son had work over the weekend, so really needed his car. Woodie’s won’t be able to fix the potholes in Charlotte, but if you happen to hit one late at night, like our son did, Woodie’s sure can take care of getting you a new tire in no time flat! (Pun intended) They were amazing!! Thanks Woodie’s, for having our son back in his car in time for work on Saturday!! Everybody there needs a raise! Especially Brad! You all are the best!!!!

They very courteous even though service was not needed. They went above the norm to diagnose the problem with my auto. This was highly appreciated and unexpected. My sincere thanks and will definitely see them in the near future.

Always a good experience

Hands downs. Impeccable service. I have a 2015 GLE MERCEDES so of course I had some hesitation, but Woodies always come through for me!! This was my second time using them for some major repairs on my SUV, and they always deliver excellent service. I feel absolutely confident in their workmanship. BTW- I am a woman who’s constantly in fear that I will be taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars… Woodies has always assured me that they are fully capable of taking care of my car needs and at a more affordable price than the Mercedes dealership. Trust me, take your car here, you won’t be disappointed.
