I had a flat tire and was towed here. Victoria was awesome from start to finish. Victoria definitely needs a raise because she is the absolute best at her job. While you wait they have complementary snacks and drinks. The mechanic was very fast and knowledgeable. I’m coming here again if I ever have any issues and I only want to deal with Victoria

I was very impressed by the services I received. I love the car “report card” I received to my phone. Also the pictures that was taken to show how something didn’t look right to them… I love the communication update as they went along! I also did a tuneup as well.

If you ever have a chance to use Woodies Auto Service and Repair you'd better snag it. What an experience! They were very professional, very prompt, very courteous, and with my experience, very gracious. Thoroughly went over the car. They sent me a text with a link that showed me exactly what they had inspected, went over the inspection, and then because the customer had been coming to them for many years, didn't charge me for the inspection. With the customers permission, gave me a copy of all the past history of all of the services that had been performed on the car. Excellent customer service. If you're not going to Woodies Auto Service and Repair you're just plain missing out. They have many locations in the North Carolina area. Matt and Jeff were so helpful and as senior citizen and native of Charlotte I have been to a lot of shops. My 2005 Subaru Baja has 197,000 miles and the repairs were great. I will not use any other repair shop except Woodies.
