Mallard Crossing
I went into Woodie’s the uptown location for its great reviews but then they mentioned how there’s a location close to me so we decided to go to this Woodies location. I wish I had read the reviews for this location before I left my car here. They charged us so much money, which I’m okay with if my car is all fixed. But a few days later after we get our car back there was this really bad noise coming from the wheel so we had to tow the car and after they got a look at it they said a screw was gone and it must have gotten “unscrewed” by itself. I really didn’t understand how a screw could unscrew itself. They said how they never worked in that area but I know they performed a diagnostic before, I’m 100% sure it was them. It hasn’t even been a month since we got our a/c fixed and now it’s not blowing out cold air like it used to. We just are spending too many days getting our car “fixed” here and this is my primary vehicle. I’m so frustrated with the customer service and just overall disappointed with their service. I just want to be done with them and never go back.
