Our car broke down at the Charlotte airport after a long day of travel. We live in Raleigh so were looking to get it fixed and on the road as soon as possible. Greg was able to help us get a tow and got the car running super quick and we were able to get on the road the same day! We appreciate the quick and efficient service after a series of unfortunate events!

I had an unexpected flat tire on my way to work so I stopped by Woodies Auto service and repair and they took real good care of me , even provided a shuttle to work so I wouldn’t be late this place is awesome.

Tough to find honest and personal people these days. First time I have ever been to Woodies and felt comfortable right away. Very knowledgeable, and not pushy for additional services like most places. Even drove me home and back so I did not have to wait at the shop.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. STAY AWAY!!! Long story short, I took my car in to have the headlight replaced... after 2 wasted visits and $340, my car still needs new headlight, but now needs new battery and have blind spot sensor system error. Their response is "you need to prove something we did caused the issues"

Josh found the tire warranty that I had forgotten and thus did not charge me to fix the flat tire. He was able to squeeze me in without an appointment.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Their customer service is impeccable. Had to change my brakes and the service was done the same day. If you need someone to drop you off at home while the car is in the shop, they will do that for you.

Mattie is Awesome......great customer service via phone and in-person. The office is very clean and customer friendly. Corey completed the inspection for my car, thoroughly and efficiently. I love the location and thankful I was able to get my car taken care of. I am a permanent customer and will tell others.
