Woodys did their usual excellent job. Thorough, efficient, communicative and while pointing out the problem areas, never suggesting a given service unless it’s needed. They categorize amongst all items that are good, need watching and need immediate attention. Patrick and Dana (Charlottetown location) are the best. I’ve been in Charlotte for three years and trust Woodys with the care of our Mercedes E350 and Toyota Highlander Hybrid.

This is a new Post for me after my prior post 4 years ago. So, 4 years later I am equally pleased with every aspect of my interactions at Woodies. Dana and Patrick continue to provide outstanding service, they are honest, friendly and thorough. The service techs do a great job and I would highly recommend Woodies on Charlottetown to anyone in need. Woodys did their usual excellent job. I had my 2006 Ford Expedition in because the check engine light was coming on and showed "unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum". I assumed it was the purge valve which I mentioned when I brought the car in. However, it was the release mechanism attached to the gas tank. That was fixed, along with some other things. However, within a day of getting Expedition back, the "check gas cap" notice came on (although the check engine light did not). I took the Expedition back in and they did a diagnostic on it and determined that in fact, the hose into the purge valve on the firewall was split. Don't get me wrong, the work they did was good, but given the original reason for bringing it in, they should have checked the system all the way through the purge valve on the firewall. If so they should have caught that as it was pretty much in plain sight or would have been seen by checking the hoses all the way through. I should not have had to pay another $100 plus for labor where a visual check of the whole system would have caught the issue in the first place. Otherwise, there work was good and I do not have a complaint about the service.

Went in for an oil change came out with a $2000 bill for breaks and two tires and my front end shakes everytime I put on the breaks and the one thing I asked for was my oil change and tpms light and they never touched the tpms issue. So I wi t be back. And please get a second opinion for all repairs.

I went to Woodie’s to initially get my tire pressure checked out. When we walked in Cade greeted us with a big smile! He helped us out quickly and assured me that I was going to be in good hands. I found the issue and replaced my spare with no charge. Cade’s customer service and customer relations are unmatched. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Cade!
