Great customer service. Quote was reasonable and final price pretty close to the quoted estimate. Vehicle runs great. I would recommend to others. We have already scheduled some preventative maintenance with them for our other car.

Highly recommend Eagle! They gave me an appointment, knew why I was there. Replaced a wheel bearing and did not need to do others after inspection. Oil change and two tire sensors later and done in a day. Great communication and honest!

I called because I wanted to schedule an oil change along with overall maintenance of my vehicle. I have used this auto shop in the past and while they have always had average customer services this was the 3rd strike. Cole was friendly and even though I was not looking to drop my car of the day of the call, he reassured me that my vehicle could be fit in to the schedule. However, as soon as I dropped off my vehicle another one of Cole's colleagues, while attending another customer, starts to tell me they can't do any more than an oil-change. His entire demeanor was that as if I were bothering him. I try to confirm and continue my conversation with Cole on the wait time on my vehicle, and again this older man with glasses speaks over Cole and continues to say "we can't guarantee anymore than an oil change." Which is fine, but my frustration comes in because. A - I was not interested in having my car looked at that day because I know I need more than just an oil change, so I was upset that I was reassured my vehicle would be looked at and there's two people telling me two different things at the same time. and B - I wouldn't be so annoyed if the co-workers delivery was that of an apologetic and understanding tone as opposed to that of someone who makes me feel unwanted. I think I'll take my car somewhere I don't feel like I'm the bothering the employees.

I'm a big fan of Eagle. I first came in with a tricky air conditioning issue that had stumped some other mechanics. John, Bill, Cole and the team figured it out, fixed it up quickly, and didn't charge me a fortune. It's been working perfectly ever since. I've since come back for other work and everything has been great. It's very impressive. I get the sense that you can really trust them. What's more, they treat each customer like they are looking to build a long-term relationship. Other places are more transactional. I would definitely recommend them for all your car repair work.
