The Team worked on my vehicle AC. Drop away and the AC stopped working after the trip home. The Team at Woodies worked on the vehicle until it was fixed! What diligence and perseverance from the mechanics to keep going until fully repaired!

Had my truck dropped off there by tow truck, cuz wouldn't start, belt was squeaking and leaking antifreeze. First off took two weeks with no communication and finally when they did finish my truck they lost a part on my truck nothing was tightened down filter were loose clamps loose. So when I called they said bring it back in and they told me another quote until I spoke with management and they said they would fix their mistake. 3 days later no calls again I called back and it was done, took the truck and still doing the same thing 3200.00 dollars later what a rip off and terrible service so called mechanics. I will never use them again, i wouldnet' use them to work on my sons power wheels

Brought car in to have my tire checked for a slow leak and to rotate my tires. They patched my tire and told me that because of the ware of my tires it wouldn't do any good to have them rotated, I needed some new tires. My neighbor told me the same thing over a month ago so I knew he was telling me the truth. They also did a complete inspection on everything on my car and gave me a printed report of everything they had done. No charge. I'm so glad I decided to make an appointment with Woodies, although I had to wait a couple of days..I have used Woodies several times over the years for my cars.

Nice people, good service. Last place I went to told me that I would need new rear brakes next time I changed the oil. I asked the staff at Woodies to check the brakes. They said they were fine!!

Woodies went out of their way to tackle a new to them cooling issue on my electric Ioniq 5. They handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with excitement for the challenge. I highly recommend them for all of your car care needs.

Two of my cars have been repaired by Woodie's Auto Service and Repair Centers on Lawyers Rd. Both times, I had good and quick service.

I don't think I could be less pleased with the customer service at Woodies if I tried. Took my 4 year-old car in for a lube/oil and to get a cracked plastic piece that on the driver's side repaired or replaced. I was shocked because in year's past, I always was able work done in their waiting room. I was told this wasn't an option anymore and that Larry (who was the only pleasant experience from today) would take me home in their "courtesy shuttle." They said my car would be done mid-afternoon. I contacted them Mid-afternoon to see if it was just about done. Turns out that they had a whole laundry list of "urgent" items that needed to be done- total would be ~$1500. Are you kidding me? I don't doubt that my brake fluid and air filter need to be changed, but was shocked to see that they were charging me $50 just to put in a $28 air filter. I told them to just do the lube/oil. Larry wasn't able to pick me back up until 6p. So, this entire day was wasted for a stupid lube/oil. And they never even addressed the cracked driver's seat plastic. This is not the same Woodies I used to go to in the past at all.

I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for this amazing auto shop! Pep boys left us high and dry for 6 days..we are out of staters and were stranded with 2 infants..after six horrible days of waiting with horrible service, we called Woodys and they fixed our car in 4 hours! Recommend 100%! My husband said everyone was friendly and very understanding and saved the day for us! You guys rock we will be back if we have anymore issues! THANK YOU! 😘
