The staff here is honest and charge reasonable prices for their repairs. They also don't try to up-sell you services that your vehicle doesn’t need. I’ve been to them multiple times through the years and they’ve always done the right thing by me. I’d highly recommend Woodies in Uptown for all your automotive needs. The most definitely beat the local competition in both price and quality of repairs.

Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a transmission rebuild. Service Writer Scott Santes advised that they did not do rebuilds and referred me to Alpha Transmission down the street. I appreciate Scott's honesty and helpfulness. (Hendrick Jeep wanted $12k to install a new transmission. They did not refer me to a transmission specialist.). Wish there were more problem-solvers like Scott in the automotive repair business. Thanks!

Once again this professional group of technicians performed their responsibilities outstanding. Carl and crew evaluated my problems and gave me recommendations and timetable for economical repairs that allow for me not to stress over auto repairs

I don't know why it wouldn't let me post my old review but I go here all the time! Last time I was leaving town but had to have a break light changed. I brought the part since I had it and they did it for me within a few minutes and were very quick to do so and were very courteous to take me especially last minute! This is the only shop for me. John and Scott are always happy to help! All of the guys are happy to explain everything to me and they suggest what I need but ONLY what I need unlike some shops. I will always heed their advice because I know they'll look out for me and my vehicle. I've been going here around 5 years and will continue to do so as long as I'm in this county. At one point they tried to tell me about another location because they were newer with more availability, I had to tell them I'd just take an appointment at a later date! Can't have a better shop than this one! Always leave with more knowledge and know I can always ask them the typical "dumb" questions and they'll help me regardless. They've even squeezed me in for work before. They've also taken my lizard out of my car when she got stuck 😂 Hard 5/5, would go higher if I could!
