Worst nightmare of a traveller: something falling off the bottom frame of the car during a 2,500 km road trip. Called from the highway and got an immediate and surprising "sure bring it in for a look." Quick diagnosis and explanation, and offered a very fair price, no advantage at all taken of me by my desperate situation. In this instance it was a quick fix, but even if it was not, offering a quick 5 minute diagnosis saved me from cancelling the trip or a later accident on the road. Highly recommended. I brought the car in for a 'check engine' light - mixture too lean. Woodie's found the problem, fixed it, then suggested additional maintenance to which I agreed. Now the car runs more smoothly than it did before the check engine light came on. So I am quite happy about the whole experience. The free shuttle service was a real problem solver. Prices were higher than the Infiniti dealership but customer service was great.

I couldn’t be more happy with my service with Woodies in fort mill!! From the manager Duane to the technicians I talked to all had great knowledge with automotive and easy to talk to in general as well. I had mutiple things fixed on my 14 year old truck, and it feels great again driving down the road. I’m super happy, and would use there service in the future.

Took my car in at Woodies for the first time. Needed a battery replacement and an oil change. I knew I needed other things done, but those two were the most pressing. Loved that they have a shuttle service (if you live close enough). They were nice and had great customer service. I felt that from the moment my phone call was answered yesterday evening. I’ve also never experienced from any other car shop getting a full report with photos and notes from my point inspection, I really liked that. Thank you!

Staff and mechanics were great. They explained what was wrong and more importantly what did not need to be done. My most recent visit was the 3rd time they’ve done that. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Makes a huge difference to actually be able to trust the mechanics, managers and staff.
