Great service - looks like I found my new mechanics. Noticed my AC wasn’t cooling the car very well, took it to Hendrick Honda on South Blvd, and they claimed I needed to replace a $1000 valve. I decided to get a 2nd opinion at Woodies. Woodies diagnosed it, recharged the Freon, and added red dye in case there’s a slow leak - and if there is I can bring it back within 60 days and they’ll fix it - all for around $300. The AC is blowing nice cold air again, thanks Woodies!!

The entire team was great on not only getting me in and completed on time for an oil change, but also making time for me later in the day for a tire leak fix.

Went there for a flat tire. I was in a rush to leave Atlanta airport. There have done great service very quickly and at reasonable price. In and out in less than an hour. Thank you very much!

Car trouble definitely sucks but these guys make it easier. From the initial call, and ease of getting your vehicle in and out, I only bring my vehicle here. Daniel & Mitchell are both great, extremely kind and helpful and my vehicles have always came back to me in top shape. Highly recommend.

I was in an emergency situation, and Daniel went above and beyond to assure me and my vehicle were taken care of. Mechanics shops are always sketchy to me, but I felt confident in their service after seeing how they fixed my car and their level of customer service. If you’re new to Charlotte and need someone you can trust, go here. Can’t speak for the other locations, but this one is solid.

Daniel at Woodie’s Auto Service (North Tryon location) is a total rockstar. After a frustrating experience at another location, he went above and beyond to make things right. He immediately reassured me that the work would be handled under warranty at no cost, and he delivered on that promise without hesitation. The outcome was flawless—my brakes now sound perfect, and the car drives like it should’ve from the start. The difference is night and day. Daniel is a true professional and an asset to Woodie’s.
