Very kind and super fast service! I had gotten a flat tire early that morning and the you g man who helped me at the front was beyond nice and very helpful! I’m a single mom on a budget and they helped me out to the best of their abilities

My 1st time going there did not end up well. I was told that I had a rear bearing going bad. I bought a new one for each side and when having it installed the tech told me there was nothing wrong with it. They gave me paperwork and they wanted to charge me 996.00! The part was 175.00 for each side. It was 3 bolts! No thank you!

These guys are great. Josh worked tirelessly to get my air conditioning system running like new. Actually, it was new as the old one was caput. Have been a customer for a while now and have never had a bad experience or been disappointed.

The crew at Woodies Auto Service in Mint Hill are absolutely killing it! I had an alignment done on two vehicles and had my wheels rebalanced on one vehicle as well. The manager, Josh, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and an all around pleasure to work with. I also cannot say enough about the crew in the back either, they were extremely thorough with their diagnosis and work on both of my vehicles, huge shootout to them as well. The price was very fair for the level of service provided. I shopped around by calling several other shops in the area and ended up choosing Woodies and was not disappointed.

Friendly personnel and excellent communication. Repairs were completed on time and final cost was less than original quote because it was found that aome of the parts originally included in the quote were not required. I have never had a dealer or other repair facility reduce the price before.

Great experience. Technician Orlando Morales did a great job working on my vehicle. Service advisor Larry Mitchell was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me well informed of everything. They treated my Honda far better than the dealership. And I didn’t even need an appointment. Great job Woodies. I will be back for my inspection and maintenance minders for my vehicle.

First time I have used Woodie's Auto Service and it was outstanding. I worked with Larry and he was just as fantastic. Never tried to up sale me on anything I didn't need. Warned me about things that I could have issues with but never pushed anything extra. Found the problem quickly, completed the job quickly, was very reasonable in price.
