This was my first visit at Woodie's. I came in to get a state inspection only. I did not have an appointment, but that was not a problem. Joshua my service manager was polite, professional, and kept a nice smile on his face. During my state inspection Woodie's found my battery status was in the yellow. Joshua recommended getting a new battery and assured me Woodie's installed quality batteries compatible to my Nissan. I trust Woodie's with my car care needs!

These guys nailed it. My alternator went out and these guys had me in and out, all fixed up and ready to go in less than a day. Josh provided excellent customer service. 5 stars all around.

Giving two stars because the work eventually gets done after what feels like a year of my life and a whole lot of misogyny. If you’re a woman by yourself, I don’t suggest going alone. Coming from a true feminist who didn’t even feel comfortable here.

I was treated with great courtesy. I loved the customer pick up and delivery service. I was tremendously disappointed when a repair solution I asked for FAILED the first time I used it. And that I was told that my only solution was to have the vehicle towed BACK to them!!! They refused to dispatch a mechanic to perform the 3 minute repair I required.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change and car inspection. 2/10 because at least they finished.
