I wish I could give zero stars. This Lawyers road location only cares about your money. I took my vehicle to get an oil change. 30 days later my car started smoking. I looked under the hood and my oil cap was off. They neglected to put it back on after completing the oil change. Oil was everywhere under the hood, on the rubber strip, the engine etc. The car would no longer run. They had it towed to their shop and confirmed that the cap to the oil change was placed on a part near the engine and the mechanic forgot to put it back on. My engine was messed up amd they refused to take accountability for their negligence stating I needed to pay $6K for a new engine! I wished I’d never taken my vehicle to them in the first place. Avoid this place. Josh or whatever that Manager’s name is could care less about your vehicle. He pretends to be sympathetic but really just wants your $. They put me in a position where I had to do a voluntary repo and be without a car. They really messed me up. Avoid this place.
