I recently took my Audi Q5 to Woodies Auto Service in Mint Hill after a friend recommended them, and I couldnt be more grateful. I had previously gone to the Audi dealership in Charlotte due to a starter malfunction warning light on my dashboard. They told me the issue was caused by clogged sunroof drains, which had allowed water to leak into the rear compartment and corrode the wiring around the control module. Although my car is under warranty, they claimed the repair wouldnt be covered and gave me an estimate of at least $6,000. Feeling uneasy about their assessment, I brought my car to Woodies for a second opinion. Their team thoroughly inspected the vehicle, drained and dried the affected compartment, checked the module, and cleared the sunroof drains. They found that the module was completely fine and didnt need replacing. The best part? The car has been running perfectly ever since, and they charged me only a minimal fee for the service. What truly impressed me was their professionalism and the way they clearly explained everything to meespecially since I dont have much knowledge about cars. It was a night-and-day difference from my experience at the dealership. I honestly felt like Audi was taking advantage of my lack of understanding, and it could have cost me thousands. Definitely a 5 star service and a special thank you to Thomas the mechanic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

Impeccable service at the Mint Hill location. As a single woman with no real knowledge of cars, I am grateful to Will and the staff there for their expertise and patience. I have had multiple services done and I am always satisfied with their work. Each time I leave feeling like my car has been in the best hands possible and that Ihave been well-served. Had my first experience with Woodies in Mint Hill recently. The communication and service was excellent. The total price to replace my thermostat and oxygen censor was actually less than quoted and the work was completed three hours ahead of time. I will be having my cars serviced at Woodie's from now on. highly recommend them.
