Customer service was great, waiting room was nice and they offered beverages and a shuttle. Went as a walk-in to get an inspection and was told to make an appointment and was told mamagement requires I can only set an appointment for 8:00 a.m.. got there at 8:11 and waited until 10:05 a.m.. I do not understand the need to make an appointment if the appointment is not honored. It does not take more than 20 minutes to complete an inspection and there was no one else in the waiting room although I understand there were other cars being worked on. Please do better in the future.

When first moving to Charlotte I was very nervous about finding a reliable mechanic, and unfortunately that search still continues. Came in to replace a damaged splash guard for my car and was told the correct parts were ordered and fixed accordingly however after 1 day of normal driving the guard fell halfway off. After taking it to another shop I was told the guard was missing 10+ pins and that it was actually not even the correct guard for my vehicle, so now I will need to pay even more money to get it “fixed”. I have no ill will, just wanted to provide my own experience so other people can make their own decisions accordingly.

They got the job done. Good front customer service, I guess. My car was taken in for low tire pressure, which needed to be patched. They patched it and got it back to working condition so that deserves credit. Here’s why my rating is low: 1. They proceeded with the repair without informing me of what was to be done beforehand. 2. $41 to patch a tire. (Apparently, this could be done for $5 at other places, according to multiple local sources. They quoted an oil change to be almost double what I have been paying for at the dealership service. So there’s that.) 3. Large grease stains of someone’s hand on my driver seat now. Sent them a photo. No response.
