North and South Carolina Auto Repair

I have lived in Charlotte for 25+ years and since I do most of my own car maintenance, I had never been to a Woodie's. Of course, I have heard the ads on the radio and I have seen them grow over time, so, I figured they must be doing something right. The other night, while my daughter and I were working on her car, my wife pulled into the garage and our 2015 Durango was spewing coolant. I knew it was the water pump and needed to get it fixed quickly. The next morning I called the Midtown Woodie's around 7 AM. I spoke with Bobby, and he told me they could take a look that morning (already a good sign). We dropped it off around 8 AM, and that is when I met Bobby and immediately felt good about the decision. The shop was clean and organized, and Bobby assured me that they would take care of us that day. Oh, and that the water pump repair would have a 3 year warranty, (a clear indication of the confidence in their work). Sure enough, by 2 PM, I got the call and the car was fixed and ready for pickup. The great communication, kind staff, and a fair price has made me a new Woodie's customer!

I would highly recommend Woodie's. I go to the McDowell location and have been going for a few years now. I never feel like they sell me unneeded services. They are honest, tell me what's needed, tell me what might be needed in the future and how long it can wait. They are friendly, responsive, and provide fast but reliable service. So hard to find these days so i felt the need to spread the word.

Customer service and friendliness were very appreciated.. though they accidentally installed a cracked part they quickly made things right and got my car fixed as soon as they could after the issue was found.

I found this auto shop during my Google search. I left our company vehicle for some repairs. Since I called, their customer service is superb. Everything was easy since I called and showed up. Made the appointment, came on the time slot, great service, great price, great warranty. The car came out repaired great. Everything is just great here. Highly recommend!
