I cannot recommend them enough. I realized last minute that I was due for an inspection for my vehicle registration on top of a very busy work day. The entire staff was kind and understanding. Super helpful and up front about the timeline to expect. I was able to work in their waiting area until their in house ride guy was back. He was very kind and got me back to my office no problem. They weren't sure if they would be able to get me in same day, so I was surprised when they called only a couple hours later to let me know my car was done 100% recommend

Woodie provides the finest service. I have been with them for years. My latest service was especially good. They identified the problem that requires going beyond a computer check . The part that was needed could not be immediately be obtained but Rodney and the technician came up with a Temporary fix that was pure genius . My car is now fully repaired. Thanks for going well beyond good service.

Recently moved to Charlotte from NY, and needed a new garage to go to for routine maintenance / service. This shop and staff were great - from getting my diagnosis the that day I called, to being honest on estimating & pricing, and completing the work by the end of the following day. Rodney was a great help and very professional. Will continue to go back to have my car serviced here.
